My Approach

I believe psychiatry is fundamentally the study of human potential.

My approach integrates biology, lived experience, and the wisdom of the body to support clarity, resilience, and wellbeing. There is real power in being seen fully—sometimes for the first time. I work with many women navigating periods of change, including perimenopause and menopause. As someone in this same life stage, I bring both clinical knowledge and personal understanding to this work.

What a visit looks like

I want to understand your story. This is a space where you can be seen fully—sometimes for the first time.

In our first session, we will connect, talk through what brought you in, and explore what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your physical, mental, and social health so we can see the full picture.

Medication may or may not be part of your care, and if it is considered, it will always be a collaborative decision.

Follow-up visits are focused on refining your care over time. This may include adjusting medications or other interventions, incorporating therapy, reviewing labs when appropriate, and exploring lifestyle factors. Each plan is personalized to you, with the goal of helping you feel more clear, steady, and aligned in your day-to-day life.
